On Sunday, November 29th, 2015, the world lost a good man.  The Lord took Albert Colombo Sr. into his care.  Loving Husband to Mary Colombo, father of Albert (Jeanne) Colombo Jr., Joanne Kaelin, and joining his daughter Aleyne Colombo and his First wife Phyllis Colombo, née Galletta, in Heaven.  Loving grandfather of Jacqueline, Chaz, Peter, Zachary, and Christina.  Al also was a special man and stepfather to Walter Wooden, Bill Wooden, Karen Bigham, Kathy Chubbuck, Robert Hall, Sr., Marysusan Hampton, and Randy Wooden.  He is survived by his sister Antoinette, and is reunited with his siblings Jerry, Michael, Joseph and Theresa.

Albert was born 9/21/31, and raised in Camden NJ, and later moved his family to the Borough of Runnemede.  He then moved to Tricia Meadows in Mount Laurel, NJ with his wife Mary.  He retired from Rand & Rand Inc. in Philadelphia, PA, and finished his work years  as the best handyman Tricia Meadows has ever seen.  He served our Country proudly as a member of the US Army.  Anyone who knew Al would tell you the same thing-  He was a good man.  We will all miss him and wish him peace, love and joy in his new eternal home.

Relatives and friends of the family will meet for his viewing and funeral services on Thursday evening from 7:00pm to 9:00pm with funeral services at 8:30pm at the BOCCO FUNERAL HOME, 1300 North Kings Hwy., Cherry Hill, NJ.
