Antonino Dario Romano, 65, passed away on August 24, 2026 in Palermo, Sicily. Born on June 17, 1961, Tony’s life took him from Sicily to Brooklyn, NY and Cherry Hill, NJ.

Known for his entrepreneurial spirit, determination, humor and love of life, Tony was a talented pizza maker who took great pride in his craft. To him, food was more than a profession; it was a way to bring people together and share his love with others. He had a gift for finding laughter even in difficult times and leaves behind countless memories of good times, cherished friendships and a life well lived.

Above all, Tony loved his family. He was the beloved son of Stefania and Giovanni, devoted brother to Anna (Stefano) Ciarroni, Daniela Romano and Sonia (Angelo) Saturini. He was a loving father to Francesca (Nick) Lukaszewicz and a proud grandfather to Serena and Nico. He also leaves behind many beloved nieces and nephews.

Tony’s legacy of resilience, laughter, family loyalty and love will live on through the generations.

A Funeral Mass in his honor will be held on Saturday morning, October 24th, 2026 at 11:00AM at: St. Clare’s Roman Catholic Church, 110 Nelson Ave, Staten Island, NY 10308. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who loved him.
