Dr. August W. Epple on March 13, 2017, age 84 of Cherry Hill, NJ. Husband of Dr. Gisela M. Epple, father of Andreas Epple and grandfather of Genevieve and Hunter. Born in Wiesbaden, Germany Dr. Epple was a long-time Professor at the Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. In retirement, he spent time at residences in Cherry Hill, NJ and Bonita Springs, FL. He greatly enjoyed gardening, writing, travel and photography. Friends and family will gather for a memorial service from 10:30 am to 12:00 noon on Saturday April 1st at the Bocco Funeral Home, 1300 North Kings Hwy., Cherry Hill, NJ. In lieu of flowers the family is suggesting a donation in Dr. Epple's Memory to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
