Obituary

Chris Stipa, passed away on September 13, 2026, age 53 of Mount Laurel, NJ formerly of Cherry Hill, NJ. He was the beloved husband of Jarrett Taylor; cherished brother of Michael (Beth) Stipa, Edward Stipa, and Linda Stipa (Nancy Lane); favorite nephew of Mary Kerrigan; and loving cousin of Dr. Jonah Gula and Noah Gula.

Chris and Jarrett met in 2009, sharing 17 beautiful years of love and companionship before marrying in 2021. For 16 of those years, they happily shared their Cherry Hill home with their beloved dog, Simba.

A proud 1995 graduate of Glassboro State College, Chris balanced hard work with a vibrant love for life. He was a dedicated professional, serving as a systems analyst for the Defense Logistics Agency for over 28 years.

Outside of work, he found joy in Broadway shows, movies, TV viewing, politics, and reading. He was also an avid traveler and a passionate bowler, serving as the Secretary of the Rainbow Rollers bowling league for 25 years. While bowling at Laurel Lanes, he achieved the rare feat of rolling two perfect "300" games.

Chris faced his cancer diagnosis with immense grace and humility, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and family devotion.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewings on Thursday evening, September 17th from 7:00pm to 9:00pm and Friday morning, September 18th from 10:00am to 11:00am all at the BOCCO FUNERAL HOME, 1300 North Kings Hwy., Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.
