Harry D. Mitchell, Jr., age 74 of Cherry Hill, NJ entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, August 23, 2022.  Harry was born in Philadelphia on August 13, 1948.  Harry was retired but he worked at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard for 28 years, Cendent Mortgage Company for 14 years as well as an insurance agent for State Farm. Harry is survived by his wife of 37 years, Elaine Mitchell (née Mirra).   Harry enjoyed spending time with his loving wife and their family cat, Dolly.  Together  they enjoyed many vacations, dining out and visiting Atlantic City, NJ. He is survived by his cousin, John DeCosta (Mary Ellen), sisters-in-law, Virginia Valenti, Joan Campagna, brother-in-law, Anthony Mirra (Nancy) and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to gather for his viewing and funeral on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 from 10:00AM to 12:00-Noon at the BOCCO FUNERAL HOME, 1300 North Kings Highway, Cherry Hill, NJ. 08034. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday 12:00-Noon in the funeral Home. Interment to follow at Colestown Cemetery, Cherry Hill.
