Helen Gerle  (nee DiPaolo) , on August 6, 2026 age 73, of West Deptford, NJ. Dear mother of Jason (Denise) Gerle of Sewell, NJ, the late Sherri Ann Gerle and the late Stevie Gerle.  Grandmother of Eva, Joseph, the late Julia Rose Gerle and the late Stephanie Delconte; great-grandmother of Austin and Aubrey. Cherished sister of Annette (Jay) Dunner of Atco, NJ. Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Lucy DiPaolo (nee Crudele) .

She was born and raised in Camden, where she went on to graduate from Camden Catholic High School.  She moved to West Deptford and worked for many years in childcare prior to her retirement.   She was an avid fan of classic rock, particularly the music of Janis Joplin, Stevie Nicks, and Van Morrison.  She also liked reading mystery novels and musician biographies, and liked watching older, classic movies.

Relatives and friends of the family will meet for her visitation and funeral on Thursday evening, August 13th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm in the BOCCO FUNERAL HOME, 1300 North Kings Hwy., Cherry Hill, NJ.  Funeral services will be conducted Thursday 8:00 pm in the funeral home. Interment held privately. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org).
