Hyde Yu Velez, on December 11, 2023 age 76, of Philadelphia, PA, formerly of Roxas City, Philippines.  Beloved wife of the late Castillo Velez.  Dear mother of Johjie (Khristine) Velez, Johann Velez (Clifford) Carino, Jennevir Velez, Jonagrace (Igor) Velez and Joem (Bea) Velez.  Loving grandmother of Miguel Inigo Carino, Joshua Velez, Jannah Velez, Trisha Velez, Yushawn Velez and Jillian Velez.  Cherished sister of Nancy (Danny) Yu, Melinda (Eduardo) Ang, Shelley (the late Ramoncito) Punzalan, Leila (Ramon) Mamaril, Geoffrey Yu, and the late Hernan (surviving spouse Haydee) Yu.

When she speaks, her words are wise and she gives instructions with kindness Proverbs 31:26. She's a resilient woman and loving mother. Mom,is a strong independent woman..mom is always there for me whether in my ups and downs..my mom is my bestfriend whom I could share my everything.. Mom always think of us even though she is no longer ok. Mom always tell us to love and care with each other.. Mom I will never forget you and I will always Miss you..I love you Mommy

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing and funeral on Saturday afternoon (12/16) from 12:30PM to 1:15PM at the BOCCO FUNERAL HOME, 1300 North Kings Hwy., Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.  Funeral services will be conducted by Pastor Darius Nable from 1:30PM to 2:15PM Saturday in the funeral home. A Final Viewing will be held from 2:15PM to 2:30PM. Funeral Services will be livestreamed to the Bocco Funeral Home Facebook Page starting at 1:25pm.
