James J. Costello, III, on August 16, 2026, age 71 of Clayton, NJ, formerly of Collingswood, NJ. Beloved husband of the late Susan Costello (nee Small). Dear father of Carolyn Costello, Jennifer (Sharief) Kandiel, and James J. (Shae) Costello, IV. Loving grandfather of Logan, Jackson and James the 5th on the way. Predeceased by his sister Kathy Costello. James J. Costello III will be remembered most for his boundless curiosity, hard working mentality and the unwavering love he held for his family. Nothing brought him greater joy than being a grandfather, and he treasured every moment spent making memories and sharing laughs with his beloved grandchildren. Beyond his family, James was a passionate enthusiast of cars as he was a Mechanic. He could talk for hours about politics, science and automobiles and rarely missed the thrill and strategy of a Formula One race weekend. Driven by a lifelong fascination with technology, he was always eager to explore the latest innovations and pass along his knowledge to those around him. His loyal heart, sense of humor and passion for the things he loved will be fondly remembered by those that knew him.
