Janice Brownell (nee Burbach) of Marlton, NJ (formerly Mt. Laurel, NJ) passed away on May 4, 2017 at age 74.  Preceding her in death were her parents Sylvester and Loretta (nee Hesse) Burbach.  Survived by daughter Colleen Brownell (and partner Mark), son Corey Brownell, siblings David Burbach (and wife Shari), Michael Burbach (and partner Verna), Judy Conger (and husband Dennis), Jeanine Mangewala, Steve (Butch) Burbach (and wife Brenda), and Rick Burbach as well as many, many nephews, nieces and great nephews and nieces.   Janice graduated from Marian College in Fond du Lac, WI and later earned a Master's Degree in Special Education.  Janice  was an elementary school teacher and tutor of reading and English to grade school aged children as well as English as a second language to adults.

Relatives and friends of the family will meet for her visitation and funeral on Thursday morning from 10:30am to 11:00am at The Catholic Community of Christ Our Light Church, 402 North Kings Hwy., Cherry Hill, NJ.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00am Thursday.
