On September 28, 2026 Joan Barbara Locantore (nee Serotkin), beloved wife of the late Ignazio S. Locantore passed away peacefully. Dear mother of Stephen (Janice) Locantore and Nanci (Dino) Vona. Loving grandmother of Justin (Jessica) Locantore, Michele (Luke) Brower and great grandmother of Klaire and Lorenzo Locantore. Dear sister of the late Robert (Patricia) Serotkin.

Prior to Somerdale, Joan was a long time resident of Pennsauken, NJ where she raised her family. She was a fabulous cook, avid reader. She loved to shop at her favorite store Boscov’s with her granddaughter Michele. Joan was extremely artistic, she could draw amazingly freehand and paint those pictures effortlessly.

Her greatest joy in life were her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She had the greatest gift to love unconditionally, those who were lucky enough to know her adored Joan.
