Maryann (nee Palombi), 85, of Cherry Hill, NJ, formerly of Trenton, NJ, passed away peacefully at her home on January 9, 2015 surrounded by her family. She was born on January 29, 1929 to Fabiano and Maria (Eleuteri) Palombi. She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Arthur R. Bartolozzi, Jr. and also by her brother Rudolph A. Palombi, Sr. She was the loving mother of Arthur R. Bartolozzi, III, M.D. (Terry), Elyse Morris, Maria Bartolozzi, M.D. (Lou Giannotti), and Fabian Bartolozzi, Esq. and loving grandmother of Arthur IV, James, Matthew, Nicole, Alex R., C.J., and Alex D. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Maryann attended St. Joachim's Grammar School, Cathedral Girls High School, and Rutgers University. After 25 years of dedicated service to Bret Harte Elementary School, she retired from Cherry Hill Township Board of Education. Maryann was an active member of St. Thomas More Church in Cherry Hill, where she served as Eucharistic Minister and belonged to the St. Thomas More Women's Club. She was also an active member of the PEO Sisterhood, Chapter AN, Cherry Hill, the Red Hats Society, N.J. National Education Association, Mercer County Italian-American Society, Cathedral Alumni Association, and Virtua Hospital Women's Auxiliary. Family and friends are invited to visit on Friday, January 16, from 5:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Saint Thomas More Roman Catholic Church, 1439 Springdale Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003. On Saturday, January 17, Rite of Reception will be held at 9:30 A.M with visitation from 9:45 A.M. to 10:45 A.M., at Our Lady of Angels Parish-St. Joachim Church on 20-56 Butler St., Trenton, NJ with Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 A.M. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Trenton, NJ.
