Peter A. Coccia, on November 22, 2022, age 74 of Murrells Inlet, SC, formerly of Cherry Hill, NJ.  Beloved husband of Marybeth Coccia (nee Sminkey).  Dear father of Carisa (Richard) DiLauro.  Loving grandfather of Richard, Juliana and Isabella.  Cherished brother of Janet (Douglas) George and Dorothy (Stephen) Fiore. Predeceased by his parents Emidio A. and Dorothy L. (nee Panzone) Coccia.  Pete enjoyed his lifelong passion in construction management, so much so that it earned him an Honorary Doctorate from American University.  He loved spending time with his family and connecting with people.

Relatives and friends of the family will meet for his funeral Mass on Thursday morning, December 1st, at 11:00AM at The Catholic Community of Christ Our Light Church, 403 North Kings Hwy., Cherry Hill, NJ 08034. Private Interment.  In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, 1851 Old Cuthbert Rd.
