Robert D. Fanelle, suddenly on June 22, 2021, age 78 of Blackwood, NJ, formerly of Fairview, Camden, NJ.  Beloved husband of Carol Fanelle (nee Gerardi).  Dear father of Bobby Fanelle, Brian Heineman (Gina) and Nick Fanelle (Spiro Georgi).  Loving Pop pop of Lauren and Jared.  Cherished brother of Donald Fanelle (Anna), Joseph Fanelle (the late Sylvia), Mary (Frank) Librizzi, Lucille Principato (Vince), William Fanelle (Nancy), John Fanelle (Margaret) and Carmella Omiatek (Tom). Dear brother-in-law of Diane Verdi (Mike).  Also surviving are his many nieces and nephews.  Robert worked for 30 years in ramp service for United Airlines.

Relatives and friends of the family will meet for the visitation and funeral on Tuesday morning from 9:45am to 10:45 am at Our Lady of Hope Parish/St. Agnes Church, 701 Little Gloucester Rd., Blackwood, NJ 08012.   Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00am Tuesday.  Entombment Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum, Cherry Hill, NJ.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Myelodysplastic Syndrome Foundation at www.mds-foundation.org.
