Dolores H. Goetz

(nee Campbell) Dolores H. Goetz, on August 9th, 2023, age 89 of Haddonfield, NJ. Beloved mother of Dolores (Eric) McGee and Linda (Stephen) King. Devoted grandmother of Danny, Dwight, Edwin, Benjamin, Andrew T.J., Ashley, the late Jeanette and the late Christopher. Loving great-grandmother of Shayna, Kealcey, Caylee, and Ryan. Dear Nana to Marcie Lynn. Also survived by her nieces and nephews.

Dolores was born on May 23, 1934 in Philadelphia, PA. Dolores had a love for movies and working with the public. She spent her early working years employed at a local Philadelphia movie theatre and Gimbels Department Store. In the mid 1960’s, Dolores and her family moved to Cherry Hill, NJ. Dolores’s first job in New Jersey was a Crossing Guard, Sharp Elementary School. Dolores later went on to work at RCA and Siemens. Dolores moved to Haddonfield over 20 years ago and lived happily in her community.

Dolores loved spending time with her family and friends. She especially loved the beach and looked forward to her family vacations at Sea Isle City. Dolores also enjoyed her day trips with her friends to the Atlantic City Casinos. She loved to dance, listen to music (especially Elvis Presley), laugh, play with her grandkids and her four-legged fur babies. She also enjoyed to garden and watch Channel 6 Action News.

Relatives and friends of the family will meet for the viewing and funeral service on Friday morning, August 18th from 9:00AM to 11:00AM in the BOCCO FUNERAL HOME, 1300 North Kings Hwy., Cherry Hill, NJ 08034. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00AM Friday in the funeral home.  Private Interment.  In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations in Dolores’ memory to Camp No Worries; PO Box 810 Moorestown, NJ  08057.
