Dominic D'Guerra

It is with great sorrow that the D’Guerra family announces the passing of Dominic D’Guerra on April 5, 2021, at the age of 93.  A resident of Moorestown, NJ,  Dominic was the beloved husband of Magdalena D’Guerra (nee Fernandes), the  dear and devoted father of Valerie D’Guerra, Darryl D’Guerra, Dianne D’Guerra and Mignon D’Guerra.  Dominic D’Guerra will be sorely missed by his son-in-laws Vimal Kumar, and Jean-Robert Mirville. Dominic was the loving grandfather of Delia, Brianna, and the late Jason.  Dominic was the cherished brother of Sister Amanda “Dora” D’Guerra, and Sister Nora D’Guerra as well as the uncle of Sister Victorine “Cynthia” D’Guerra. Joining us in sorrow  are Dominic’s numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and other relatives in the US, Canada and India. Dominic has joined in heaven with his brothers Joseph, Vincent, and Anthony D’Guerra, as well as his in-laws Ben and Beryl Fernandes.  

Relatives and friends are invited to Dominic’s viewing and funeral on Monday morning, April 12, 2021 from 9:30 am to 10:30 AM at the Catholic Community of Christ Our Light Church, 402 North Kings Hwy., Cherry Hill, NJ, 08034. The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM.  The funeral Mass will be livestreamed to the Bocco Funeral Home Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/pages/category/Funeral-Service---Cemetery/Bocco-Funeral-Home-160867953936518/) on Monday morning beginning 10:00am.  Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Staten Island, NY. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions to the Ronald McDonald House of Southern NJ, 550 Mickle Blvd., Camden, NJ 08103.
