John Korostowski

John Korostowski passed away peacefully on February 3, 2025 age 74 of Sicklerville, NJ, formerly of Cherry Hill, NJ. Beloved husband of Roxanne Korostowski (nee Mina). Dear father of Lisa (Daniel) Berkowitz. Loving grandfather of Jackson. Cherished brother of the late MaryAnn (surviving spouse Jack) Hopkins.

John loved life and fought his hardest to remain in this world for as long as he did.  He beat many odds as evidenced by his 21 plus years as a heart transplant recipient.  John was a devoted and loving husband, father, and pop-pop, and loved putting a smile on their faces with his jokes and antics.  He had a love of music and was not shy about getting up and dancing.  John loved the Phillies, looked forward to the start of Spring Training every year, and attending games with friends and family.  John also loved to travel and would plan trips that made many fond memories for his friends and family.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to the visitation and funeral on Friday morning, February 7th from 11:00AM to 12:00-Noon at The Catholic Community of Christ Our Light Church, 402 North Kings Hwy., Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.   Funeral Mass will be celebrated 12:00-Noon Friday. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers contributions in John’s memory to the Gift of Life Donor Program, 401 N. 3rd St., Phila., PA 19123 (www.donors1.org).  Arr. by the BOCCO FUNERAL HOME, Cherry Hill.
