Joseph A. Lappin, Jr.

Joseph A. Lappin, Jr., passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at 90 years of age. He was a longtime, active resident of Cherry Hill, NJ. Beloved husband of 68 years to Doris M. Lappin (nee Beasley). Loving father of Sharon J. Stoner (Mike), Anne M. Lappin, Joseph A. Lappin III (Susan) and Margaret M. Stezzi.  Loving Pop Pop of Jennifer Dovan (Kevin), the late Bryce Lappin, Raymond C. Orth, Megan Scudder (Will), Lauren A. Orth, Michael J. Stoner (Natalie), Carly Marcella Lappin, Joseph Andrew Lappin IV and Dylan Joseph Stezzi; Great Pop Pop of Reed, Blake and Skylar Dovan, William Scudder III, Marin Lappin, and Sebastian Stoner. Cherished brother of Joann Arnold (Andy) and brother-in-law of Jayne Monaco (Mario).

Joseph was a long time real-estate entrepreneur, enjoyed playing golf and socializing with his many friends, and most importantly he loved spending time with his family. 

Relatives and friends of the family will gather for his funeral Mass on Friday, April 23rd at 11:00am at The Catholic Community of Christ Our Light Church, 402 North Kings Hwy., Cherry Hill, NJ 08034. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 (www.stjude.org/donate).  Arr. by Bocco Funeral Home, Cherry Hill.
