(nee Ash) Joyce A. Ballard, on April 22, 2019, age 60 of Townsend, DE. Beloved wife of James L. Ballard. Dear step mother of Jamie Ballard; grandmother of Torie & Scottie; great-grandmother of 3. Dear daughter of Mary Ash and the late John H. Ash. Also surviving are her brothers Tom, John, Donald, Stephen and James Ash, along with many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends of the family will meet for her viewing and funeral from 10:00am to 11:00am on Monday morning May 6th at the BOCCO FUNERAL HOME, 1300 North Kings Hwy., Cherry Hill, NJ.
