Louisa M. DiMarco-Donia (née Sharp), age 85, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, passed away on June 17, 2026. Following her passing, she was cremated.
Born to a life of kindness and connection, Louisa possessed a natural gift for making friends wherever she went, leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met. She was the beloved wife of the late Antonio DiMarco, Sr., and the late Frank Donia.
Louisa was predeceased by her loving sisters, Elizabeth Ann Sharp and Charlotte Francis Pierce (née Sharp), as well as her brother, Robert, who passed shortly after birth.
A woman with a generous spirit and a great love for animals, Louisa shared many special moments with her cherished pet parakeet, Sonny. When she wasn't enjoying time with her feathered friend or spending time with loved ones, she could often be found enjoying a lively game of Bingo.
Her greatest pride and legacy are her children, who survive her: Antonio DiMarco, Jr., Giustina “Tina” DiMarco, and Philip T. DiMarco. She will also be deeply missed by her many nieces and nephews, who she held dear. She leaves behind a family that carries forward her memory with deep love and gratitude.
Services held privately. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Louisa’s memory to an animal rescue, food bank, or a charity of your choice.
