Robert D. "Bob" Goodie

Robert D. “Bob” Goodie, on January 5, 2026, age 52, of Cherry Hill, NJ formerly of Philadelphia, PA. Beloved husband of Christine Goodie (nee Megele).  Dear father of Randy Goodie (Brittany Cooke), Nicole Goodie (Gar Bezotsky) and Alexis Goodie (Ryan Fillette).  Loving grandfather of Aiden Goodie.  Cherished son of Bob and Nancy Goodie.

He will be remembered for the love he gave so freely. A devoted dog dad to Bear, he was also the best Pop-Pop to his grandpups, Mimi and Moose. He held close the dogs who came before Sarge, Dozer, and Loki each of whom was a meaningful and lasting part of his life.

He was a constant presence in the lives of so many and became a second dad to more people than he likely ever realized. On E-Block, the street where so many grew up, he was one of its legends and a part of the family that was built there. Whether you lived on the block or came by just to see him, you were part of that family too.

He showed up wholeheartedly in all the ways that mattered, never missing a softball practice or game, and becoming a softball dad to the entire team. He shared his love of sports with family and friends, especially cheering on the Eagles and the Phillies, and treasured the many Phillies games he attended with loved ones.

A hardworking and dedicated provider, he spent his entire career at KRG Enterprises, where his work family and personal family became deeply intertwined. Above all, he was a selfless man, a neighbor, friend, father, son, and husband, who built a strong community through loyalty, generosity, and love, and brought joy to everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation and memorial service from 12:00-Noon to 1:00PM at the BOCCO FUNERAL HOME, 1300 North Kings Hwy., Cherry Hill, NJ 08034. Memorial services will be celebrated at 1:00pm in the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions to Voorhees Animal Orphanage (www.aonj.org/support/donate/).
