(Anne) Poole, Jr., Michael (Colleen) Poole and Dorothy (Matt) Gilbert. Loving grandmother of Angela (Tom) Roman, Teresa (Frank) Kobe, Christopher Conrad, Peter H. Poole, Ashley (Matt) Herrero, Jason (Lindsey) Poole, Matthew Gilbert, Helen (Alfred) Etter, Timothy (Sophie) Poole, Daniel Gilbert, Joseph Poole and Joshua Gilbert. Cherished great-grandmother of River, Eva, Rylan, Jaxon, Quinn, Rylee, Isabella, Jaxson, Aubrey and the late Benjamin.  Dear sister of Anthony (Carol) Dougherty, Francis (Susan) Dougherty and Janey (Joseph) Kearns.

Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation and funeral on Saturday morning, August 9th from 10:00am to 11:00am at The Catholic Community of Christ Our Light Church, 402 North Kings Hwy., Cherry Hill, NJ 08034. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00am Saturday. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem, PA.
